Military · Civil defence · Dual-use

Decision-grade simulation for the modern battlefield.

C2-SENSE trains staff officers and civil crisis cells to make decisions under degraded, contradictory and partially hostile information — the conditions that define modern war and hybrid crisis response.

Drone ISR update late + noisy

Convoy movement detected. Confidence 62%. EW interference distorts location and timestamp.

Adversary action adaptive

Enemy probes civil infrastructure response while masking artillery displacement.

Cyber inject deception

Leaked phone data conflicts with HUMINT report. Staff must decide what to trust.

The problem

Staff training tools still teach yesterday’s war.

Legacy simulators often rely on scripted opponents, perfect information and limited support for drones, EW and cyber-enabled deception.

01

Scripted enemies

Officers learn to beat a pre-coded scenario instead of a thinking opponent that adapts, deceives and exploits mistakes.

02

Perfect information

Training shows a god’s-eye map. Real commanders work from partial, late, contradictory and sometimes hostile data.

03

Missing modern threat stack

FPV drones, pervasive jamming, cyber injects and hybrid disinformation are core battlefield realities, not optional add-ons.

What we build

Command-grade decision simulation.

C2-SENSE is a software-only simulation platform for military staff training and civil-defence crisis exercises. The platform focuses on the sensor-to-effector decision loop: what the staff sees, what is uncertain, who decides and how the decision quality is measured.

Role views

CO, S2, S3, S6 and civil crisis-cell views.

Fog of War engine

Latency, noise, ruses and false lower-echelon interpretation.

Sensor fusion

Drone, ELINT, HUMINT, artillery spotters and cyber feeds.

Adversary AI

Doctrine-aware opponent that adapts instead of following a script.

AAR analytics

After Action Review focused on decision quality, timing, trust in information and escalation paths.

Post-MVP build

Six capability blocks turn the demonstrator into v1.0.

Investor capital does not fund a blank-sheet prototype; it productises the MilTech-funded demonstrator into a pilot-ready system.

Adversary AI

Simulates foreign-force decision-making, including deception, exploitation and adaptation.

Fog of War simulator

Engine-level uncertainty: distorted, late and contradictory information that staff must evaluate under pressure.

Live sensor modules

Dynamically rendered drone feeds and sensor streams for real intelligence extraction workflows.

Comms loop realism

Artillery, mortars, HALE drones and FPV operators represented as communications and decision loops.

Cyber / hacker injects

Captured feeds, phone data, leaks, deception payloads and hybrid influence events.

Civil-defence interfaces

Scenario packs and role views for crisis staffs, local authorities and civil-protection exercises.

Investor thesis

A focused seed round for a measurable evidence path.

The base case is an 18-month seed that funds v1.0, 2–3 pilots, procurement readiness and a repeatable sales motion.

Why now

  • Poland is at the leading edge of Europe’s defence rearmament cycle.
  • Defence-tech investors are actively searching for credible dual-use deal flow.
  • Civil-protection budgets create a second buyer path beyond purely military procurement.
  • Operational input from Ukraine creates a short window before incumbents reframe the category.

Seed terms, base case

  • Raise: PLN 4.0M.
  • Pre-money: PLN 16.0M base corridor.
  • New investor ownership: 20%.
  • Tranche proposal: 70/30 tied to milestone gates.
  • Series A target: PLN 32M pre-money after pilots and procurement evidence.

Customers

Built for military staff training and civil crisis exercises.

Customer pages should avoid sensitive scenario details. The message: measurable training under realistic uncertainty.

Military training units

Exercise staff decision-making, sensor fusion, adversary deception and cross-role coordination without requiring field assets.

Brigade / staff exercises

Run role-based scenarios for CO, S2, S3 and S6 functions with realistic information degradation and AAR outputs.

Civil-defence authorities

Train crisis response under hybrid attack, infrastructure disruption, disinformation and cyber-enabled deception.

FAQ

Common investor and customer questions.

Is this an operational command system?

No. The landing-page positioning is for a training and simulation platform. The product is designed to train decisions, role coordination, information trust and AAR quality.

Why is Fog of War the main differentiator?

Modern staffs do not act on perfect truth. They operate amid latency, contradictory sources, deception, EW, cyber and partial visibility. C2-SENSE makes that uncertainty part of the engine, not a cosmetic layer.

How can a customer start?

The recommended path is a limited discovery workshop, then a scoped pilot or exercise package with a defined scenario, role map, data-sensitivity boundary and After Action Review output.

What should investors request?

Ask for the investor pack: MilTech scope, demonstrator screenshots, budget, valuation model, cap table scenario, product roadmap and procurement evidence plan.

Lead the seed round

PLN 4.0M to turn a grant-funded demonstrator into a pilot-proven defence software company.

We are looking for a lead investor with the patience for B2G procurement and the ambition to own an early position in Europe’s next defence-software category.
